Walltery Sdn. Bhd. respects the personal information shared with us. This page explains what the website does today, how we use enquiries and the choices available to you.
Information you choose to share
When you submit an enquiry on this website, you may share your name, customer type, company, email address, telephone number, location and project message. These details are sent to Walltery at enquiry@walltery.com when you press the form’s send button.
If you request newsletter updates, your email address and consent are sent to the same Walltery enquiry address when you press subscribe.
How we use information
Information received through website forms, WhatsApp, email, telephone or an in-person visit is used to answer enquiries, discuss products and projects, arrange samples or appointments, prepare quotations and provide relevant customer service. We do not sell your personal information.
Website and external services
Our hosting provider may process basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser details and request time. Website form submissions are relayed to Walltery by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and may be retained by that service for up to 30 days.
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, social platforms and Suzuka catalogues take you to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies. Catalogue covers and official PDFs are served from Suzuka Malaysia’s website.
Retention and disclosure
We retain enquiry and project correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for service, administration, legal or record-keeping purposes. We may share relevant details with trusted service providers or project partners when necessary to respond or deliver agreed work, and when required by law.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by Walltery, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also ask us to stop sending marketing updates at any time.
